용도	본 도입 장비인 급속 열처리 장비로 샘플의 가열과 냉각이 급속하게 이루어져야 하고, 온도가 샘플 전체 표면에 균일하게 조절하여 높은 온도 균일도 구현 가능한 시스템임.
